The shop was as cute as can be with pink walls and giant pastel polka dots. The Van Leeuwen employee was attentive, friendly and had great recommendations on all the different ice cream flavors & offerings.

Vegan Strawberry Milkshake

I got a Vegan Strawberry Milkshake with whipped cream & rainbow sprinkles. Smooth, creamy & delicious! Van Leeuwen’s Vegan Strawberry Ice Cream is made with Oregon-grown strawberries picked at peak ripeness.

Ross got a Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich made with Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream - the cookies were chewy and soft.

Then we each enjoyed two scoops in waffle cones. I got the Vegan Piña Colada made with coconut vegan ice cream with pineapple juice & a blood orange swirl.
