Flight Club, Social Darts Denver

We arrived at Flight Club and were set up in an ‘Oche’ semi-private play area. The aesthetic of the space was ‘English-Carnival-Sexy’ with plenty of dark polished woods, dark greens, leather seating, unique lighting, & fun accessories & wallpaper. Our server Evan was attentive and had great recommendations on cocktails & food.

The ‘Oche’ semi-private play area included a sofa for viewing, a dartboard, and ample space where we drank, ate, & played. Each of us input our player information into a touchscreen and then chose which dart game we wanted to play (there were several games to choose from). The whole set up was user-friendly and had some cool tech like the camera used for instant replay & pictures.

For cocktails I had The Capuchin made with Mezcal, Ancho Chile Liqueur, Pineapple, Lime, & Tajin.

The Capuchin & The Butterfly

I had three of these bespoke cocktails…so needless to say, I liked The Capuchin a lot. It was the perfect blend of sweet citrus, spice, & a touch of smoke.

Jaclyn had The Butterfly made with Citrus Vodka, Orange Blossom, Honey, Bruto Americano, Lime, & San Pellegrino Blood Orange Soda.

We ordered several shareables from the menu. The Lobster Elote Dip was made with Hot Grilled Street Corn, Mayonnaise, Lime, Jalapeño, Cilantro, Cotija, & Tajin.

Lobster Elote Dip

This was my favorite bite of the evening - it turned delicious street corn into an elevated appetizer. The dip was creamy, the corn and lobster tender, and the tajin & jalapeño added a bold, spicy tang,

The Tandoori Chicken Skewers were made with Mango Chutney, Spiced Yogurt, & Cilantro.

Tandoori Chicken Skewers

The chicken skewers were piping hot, plump & oh-so juicy (my mouth is watering just thinking about them).

The Burrata Flatbread was made with Basil Pesto, Grilled Artichoke Hearts, Roasted Tomato, & Olive Oil.

Burrata Flatbread

The flatbread was solid. It had a delightful combination of chewy dough, melty burrata, grilled artichokes & flavorful lemony basil pesto.

The FC Prime Sliders were made with Griddled Prime Beef, Butter Lettuce, Roasted Tomato, Gouda Cheese, & Brioche Buns.

FC Prime Sliders

The griddled prime beef proved to be a tasty, juicy base to the sliders.

The Blistered Shishitos were made with Shishito Peppers, Garlic Chips, & Shoyu Aioli.

Blistered Shishitos

The charred skin of the shishitos gave them a nice smokiness.

For dessert we had the Cookie Tower made with Flavored Macarons, Orange Madeleines & Strawberry Mousse Filled Profiteroles with Chocolate Hazelnut Sauces.

Cookie Tower

This was such a fun dessert option and plenty of cookies for sharing - the macarons were my favorite.

The entire Flight Club experience was awesome for a double date & we can’t wait to return with more friends!

Big thanks to Flight Club, Evan, Margaret Shelley, & Yulunda Gladney for hosting us!
