The DF+WF Grand Tasting is an outdoor event held at The Tivoli Quad on Auraria Campus on September 9, 2023. The Grand Tasting showcases the region’s culinary leaders – award-winning chefs, mixologists, & wine professionals – through hundreds of tastes and sips that explore and celebrate Colorado’s food & beverage scene. All you can eat. All you can drink.
This annual event benefits the Colorado Restaurant Foundation, which supports worker education, training, and Colorado ProStart®, the state’s high school culinary and entrepreneurship program; mental health and wellness resources; and the Angel Relief Fund, which provides grants for hospitality employees experiencing hardship.
