Let's Hibachi

Let's Hibachi has come to Denver and they are heating things up in the Mile High City. We just had a dinner party put on by them and we had - SO - much fun. Book your Let’s Hibachi dinner HERE.

My friend Chelsea and her husband James graciously opened up their beautiful home for the event where they set up for Let's Hibachi in their backyard. Chelsea decorated the tables perfectly with a lovely orchid inspired theme.

When booking Let's Hibachi, you will need to provide tables, seating & tableware. Let's Hibachi provides the hibachi grill, chefs, sake, food, & fun.

We all took our seats and Chef Theo & Sous Chef Adam fired up the grill. Let's Hibachi is family friendly and baby Belle loved it!

Our dinner included sake, salad, fried rice, fresh vegetables, shrimp, chicken & steak.

The sake was cold, smooth & all of us had our fair share. Kanpai!

Ross, Brooke and James all took turns trying to catch eggs in their chef hats - Chef Theo helped them out.

The eggs were then scrambled and fried in preparation for the fried rice.

The hibachi fried rice had a generous amount of soy, garlic and butter making for nice umami flavors.

We all took turns trying to catch shrimp in our mouths thrown by Chef Theo. I caught one on my chin and then forehead - close but no cigar. Marcus was the only one in our group to catch his shrimp on the first throw!

The shrimp were seared over high heat in butter & garlic making them hot and savory.

The vegetables included zucchini, carrots, squash, mushrooms and onions. The mix of vegetables were sautéed until tender & flavorful.

The steak was hot & juicy. The steak had a signature hibachi taste of soy-teriyaki mingled with creamy butter then finished off with a drizzle of sesame oil.

Full tummies & hearts all around - what a freakin night!

Big thanks to Let's Hibachi, Mariana, Theo and Adam for our epic hibachi dinner (and of course to our hostess & host, Chelsea & James for having us)!

Book Let’s Hibachi for your next party babes & let them know that denv.her. referred you! xx
