Let's Hibachi is a hibachi catering company that brings the food & fun directly to you. When you book Let's Hibachi, a skilled hibachi chef will come to the location of your choosing, ready to cook up a storm & keep your guests entertained. All you need to do is provide the tables, seating, & tableware, and Let's Hibachi will take care of the rest.
My sweet friend Cassidy opened up her home for our hibachi experience for 10 people. Our Chef Henry (we love you Henry!) arrived 15 minutes prior to our start time & got set up in the backyard. He brought in the hibachi grill, food, & a copious amount of sake (bring it on).
Henry kept us on our toes with the sake super soaker & we all had our fair share to drink. Kanpai!
We all took our seats & Chef Henry fired up the grill. Our dinner included sake, salad, fried rice, fresh vegetables, shrimp, chicken & steak. Chef Henry started us off with a zucchini toss where each of us tried to catch the veggie in our mouths.
Dinner started with a fresh salad tossed in ginger dressing.
Some of us took turns attempting to crack an egg onto the hibachi spatula’s edge over the grill. The eggs were scrambled & fried in preparation for the rice.
The hibachi fried rice had great seasoning that combined sesame oil, olive oil, & soy sauce.
The vegetables included zucchini, carrots, squash, mushrooms and onions. The mix of vegetables were sautéed until tender & flavorful.
The shrimp were seared over high heat in butter & garlic - the shrimp were my favorite!
The steak had that signature hibachi taste of soy-teriyaki mingled with creamy butter and a drizzle of sesame oil - hot & juicy.
The overall ambiance created by Let's Hibachi was perfect for a summer gathering. The combination of delicious food, lively entertainment, and the warmth of good company made for an evening filled with laughter. Henry's enthusiasm and engaging performance truly enhanced the atmosphere. A night to remember!
