Go-Karting on Ice
Ready. Set. GO! Hidden has brought Go-Karting on Ice to Denver.
We tried out Go-Karting on Ice this weekend & it was some competitive winter fun to enjoy with friends.

Some information before you go - tickets are sold on a non-refundable basis. Go Karting on Ice is running Monday, Jan 10th 2022 through Sunday Jan 23rd 2022 at Big Bear Ice Arena. Tickets range from $55-$65 dependent on date. The age minimum is 14+ years old & participants must be over 52 inches tall to participate. The maximum weight to participate is 225 pounds.
We arrived at Big Bear Ice Arena & signed all necessary waivers prior to our Go-Karting experience.
Once all signed in, we were given wristbands & a group number that we would be riding with. Our Go-Karting time was between 11am-12pm; we got started a little bit after 12pm (they ran a bit late). There were off-ice activities to occupy our time while we were waiting.
Once it was our time to ride, we were given helmets & goggles to wear.
Make sure to dress warm! Big Bear Ice Area is one of the colder rinks in Colorado so we highly recommend wearing heavy jackets & gloves.
We got situated in each of our go-karts and the attendant ran us through additional safety measures to adhere to while riding.
& then we were off!
We zipped around the rink & did some serious drifting for our 12 minute drive time. Our friend Brian brought a Mario Kart banana that we threw at each other for some added entertainment. 10/10 recommend a plush banana!
