Number Thirty Eight

Number Thirty Eight is a hot spot in RiNo where you can find an always rotating selection of taprooms and numerous culinary stations. There is an intimate outdoor venue where you can enjoy local musicians and their music while taking in views of the front range.

Number Thirty Eight

It's the best of Colorado under one roof!

Number Thirty Eight uses a touchless payment system with wristbands that ensures you have a seamless experience when ordering food and drinks. You will receive your wristbands upon arrival at Number Thirty Eight and the hostess will link your credit card to your wristbands. We used this touchless payment system at the culinary stations & the taproom.

From the taproom, I ordered the Raspberry Provincial Sour Ale from Funkwerks. This tart fruit beer was nice and refreshing for a warm fall day. The citrusy berry aroma transitioned nicely to a subtly sweet finish.

I loved this ale! We sat out on the patio and enjoyed the live music and our drinks wile waiting for our food.

Number Thirty Eight is dog friendly! What's better than enjoying the CO sunshine with your fur baby? Not much.

When our food was ready, our pagers buzzed. I ordered the K-Pop Fries and Bao Buns.

The K-Pop Fries were loaded with Pork Belly, Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream, Green Onions and Kimchi.

The tasty fries were packed with flavor and were a comfort food that brings the heat.

I had the Crispy Pork Belly and Chicken Satay Bao Buns. The Crispy Pork Belly is made with Kimchi Mayo, House Pickle and Green Onion. The Chicken Satay is made with Satay Marinade, Peanut Sauce, House Pickle and Cilantro.

The Bao Buns were nice and fluffy and stuffed with savory pork & chicken. The bao dough was deliciously sweet and pillowey. The Chicken Satay Bao Bun was my favorite; the peanut sauce on it was amazing!

Ross had the Hot Chicken Tennessee Sandwich & Macha Tots. The chicken patty was huge and juicy and had kickin’ spice. Definitely one of the best chicken sandwiches we’ve had in CO.

Big thanks to Number Thirty Eight for hosting us & see you there Denverites! Let them know that denv.her. sent you (and bring those fur babies)! xx
