Quality Italian is hands down one of my favorite Italian spots in Denver (along with Tavernetta and Barolo Grill). Service here is ALWAYS top notch and we always leave QI incredibly pleased with the decorum and exuberance of the staff. They really know how to make you want to come back again and again.

Thank goodness indoor dining is now back in CO, but we did just dine in Quality Italian's outdoor cabins. Each cabin is equipped with a hanging light, windows and a Honeywell heating system but - be forewarned - if you do choose to sit outside, it's still V chilly, so dress accordingly. The "door" of each cabin is just a piece of fabric so the heat readily escapes. Bring a heavy jacket if you plan to sit outside!

For the Table - Appetizers

CHEESY PARMESAN GARLIC MONKEY BREAD - a must order at QI. This bread tastes as good as it smells & it’s cheesy, garlicky heaven that you get to put in your mouth! #score

The HOUSEMADE RICOTTA is served with Sicilian Oregano Flower Honey, and Pine Nuts. This is another one of my favorite appetizers at QI. The ricotta is creamy, sweet and soft and will leave you wanting more.

The LITTLE GEM CAESAR is a classic caesar with Cured Lemon, Sesame Bread Crumbs. This is a standard app - a great little ceasar.

Pasta Fresca - the SPICY LOBSTER RIGATONI ALLA VODKA is made with Calabrian Chilies, and Crispy Garlic.

Freaking phenomenal. This creamy, tomato-based pasta is a combination of peppery and herbal flavors with generous lumps of lobster throughout. What more can you ask for?! It's also not too spicy so don't be wary if spicy isn't your thing! The sauce and pasta combat the kick of the chilies & pepper beautifully.

The CLASSIC CHICKEN PARM PIZZA comes with Chili Honey and House Seasonings and can easily serve 2-4 people. If you have never had QI's Chicken Parm Pizza - you must. It's incredible and is their most popular dish that really put them on the map.

Sides - CRISPY PARMESAN FINGERLINGS. Not my fav but if you like potato wedges these will be right up your alley!

GRILLED GARLIC MUSHROOMS - delish & if you're a mushroom fan you'll love these.

Dessert - QI CANNOLI (Birthday Cake, Strawberry Shortcake, Chocolate Coffee Malt -1 for $5 3 for $12). AH-mazing. Do not leave QI without having the cannolis. My favorite is the Strawberry Shortcake but you can't go wrong with any of the flavors.

RICOTTA GELATO - Ligurian Olive Oil, Candied Lemon, Sea Salt. I do not like this dessert (at all lol); doesn't mean you won't, but I wouldn't order it again. I had never had ricotta gelato before and it was V thick with an overwhelming fatty taste (idk how else to describe it) that wasn't for me. The QI CANNOLI, FERRERO ROCHER, or SALTED CARAMEL TIRAMISU are the way to go for desserts.
