Avanti is the home to several different eateries as well as two bars. You can find The Rotary on Avanti’s first floor in the back of the building!

The Rotary’s menu focuses on farm to table food in a casual setting. They specialize in wood-fired meats, slow cooked on a rotisserie-style grill, as well as artisan-crafted sandwiches, fresh salads and creative sides! Most of The Rotary’s menu is paleo, gluten-free and whole30 friendly so we couldn’t wait to grub down on some clean and delicious food.

The Rotary boasts the friendliest staff who know the menu inside and out so don’t be afraid to ask for recommendations! We sure did!

Time to eat!

We started with the Housemade Potato Chips.

z7.jpg

The  Housemade Potato Chips are coated with brown butter, lemon, herbs and Parmesan - they are gluten free and vegetarian. These chips were delightful readers. They were light and crispy and we loooooved the addition of Parmesan cheese on top. Easily the tastiest potato chips we have ever had!

Up next were entrees!

We had The Half & Half, The Peri Peri Chicken Bowl and the Altius Farm Greens.

& just look at those portions! The Rotary is definitely the spot for homecooked plates to share with friends.

The Half & Half is is chicken and pork (gluten free) and we had Charred Cauliflower on the side (gluten free and vegan) as well as the Crispy Smashed Potatoes (gluten free and vegan) and then The Rotary's housemade sauces.

This meat was outstanding readers - fresh & tender.

The chicken was our favorite as the rotisserie thighs were sinfully juicy with a rich and succulent finish & the perfectly crisped skin. #HIGHLYRECOMMEND

The Charred Cauliflower took us by surprise - topped with golden raisins, almonds and tahini - this cauliflower had wonderful texture and the raisins provided great subtle sweetness. Yum yum yum!

The Crispy Smashed Potatoes are served with a wonderful garlic aioli.

The Rotary makes all of their sauces in house and they have three of them - the Chimichurri, the Peri Peri and the Aji Verde. The Chimichurri is made with herbs and garlic. The Peri Peri is made with roasted chilis and vinegar. The Aji Verde is made with jalepeno, cilantro and lime. So which one should you choose? ALL OF THEM. Each sauce provides SOLID different flavor options to pair with the meats and sides. We couldn’t even pick a fav because we liked each one so much!

The Altius Farm Greens is served with shaved apple, pomegranate, fennel, aged blue cheese, pecans & sherry gin. This dish is gluten free and vegan.

This salad was perfectly dressed and had all the right flavor combinations. I loved the addition of pomegranate seeds in the salad!

The Peri Peri Chicken Bowl is made with cauliflower, fried garlic, pickled onions and served over brown butter jasmine rice, greens & aji verde.

This bowl is gluten free and we had a fried egg added to make it more brunch-y! This is a super satisfying bowl and the brown butter rice is simply delish. The chicken in the bowl was just as tender as it was in the Half & Half & we’ll happily take The Rotary’s chicken in every dish #moreplease!

Then it was time for dessert!

Just look at these glorious French Macaron Ice Cream Sandwiches!

DROOLING.

We had the chocolate chip mint and coconut sandwiches - we freaking DEVOURED these things readers lol. SO freaking good and a must order. They were the perfect ending to an amazing meal AND they’re so photogenic. #dessertgrammable
