Purple & Red Floral Outfit
denv.her. has definitely made me more daring when it comes to clothing choices - it's more fun to show unique and vibrant pieces on the blog so I kept it colorful with this next outfit!
I bought this funky purple top at Marshall's and although it has a lot going on - I knew it would be SO much fun to build an outfit around - if I could get it right. After looking at the pictures, I think the outfit came out great, if I do say so myself!
Where to wear this look? Any casual day-time funky function - brunch, lunch, shopping - you name it. Maybe to the bars on Broadway for a change in scenery!

This top was the focal piece of the entire outfit so I picked out every piece with this top in mind. What stood out on this top to me were obvi the red flowers and then the black bands on the cuffs of the sleeves.
To accent the red flowers - I paired a red purse and red ALDO booties. This red purse is a no-name brand but is a red bowler bag! Kate Spade always carries purses similar to this. The red ALDO Lovelee Boots are seriously some of my favs people. They are so comfortable with the 3 3/4" block heel and fabric lining is soft so you don't get blisters around your ankle when you wear them!
To accent the black bands on the cuffs of the shirt's sleeves- a black suede fringe skirt and a black floppy hat (that kept almost flying away with the wind lol). Guys this Faux Suede Fringe Skirt is from F21 and is currently on sale from $37.90 to $17.99 - go, go, go (as in go buy because like, best deal ever and s'cute).
For dainty details - I picked out a pair of purple and pink statement earrings from Express. These Ombre Stone Drop Earrings added some sparkle to the outfit and delicately picked up the purple of the shirt.
