Clicquot in the Snow, Four Seasons Hotel Denver

As the winter chill begins to thaw and the first signs of spring emerge, the Four Seasons Hotel Denver welcomes guests and locals alike to their annual “Clicquot in the Snow” event. This was my 5th year attending and this was the best one yet!

The festivities took place on the pool terrace and the Four Seasons transformed the space into an après winter wonderland with a splash of Veuve Clicquot. The terrace was abuzz with the clinking of glasses as we all toasted with crisp, golden bubbles.

EDGE Restaurant came to serve with this year’s food spread. The array of hors d’oeuvres were inspired by the après ski culture found in renowned ski towns. We indulged in sliders, oysters, gnocchi, crab ramen, Belgian sugar waffles, cinnamon sugar pastries, smores, & more. Each dish was a nod to the culinary traditions of ski destinations from Stowe to Zermatt to Niseko.

In keeping with the spirit of the event, everyone showed out in their best winter chic outfits & après ski attire.

Master mixologists handcrafted specialty cocktails while DJ Khaleezi-V was on the decks with a killer soundtrack that kept the party going.
