Barolo Grill

You can dine at this Michelin Guide restaurant in Cherry Creek...

Barolo Grill is one of Denver's long-standing fine dining establishments and was named a Michelin Guide restaurant last year. Barolo Grill offers a menu of Northern Italian dishes and a knowledgeable staff that is sent on an annual trip to Europe to stay up to date on Italian cuisine & wines. We dined at Barolo Grill for New Year's Eve and enjoyed a 4 course meal with wine pairing.

The Soufflé di formaggio was made with pecorino cheese soufflé, black plum, & pecan-thyme crumble. The soufflé was gorgeous - puffy & light with a pillow-y texture.

The Agnolotti was made with piemontese pinches of pasta stuffed with three cheeses & topped with black perigord truffles (that took this fresh pasta up a notch).

For Secondi Piatti I had the Braised Short Rib with polenta. Comfort food at its finest - the short ribs were tender and rested on velvety polenta.

For Dolce, we had Chocolate Cake.
