Denver Derby Party, 2023
The Denver Derby Party, 2023 was a huge success! This was my 7th year attending & this event continues to keep me coming back for more. 100% of the proceeds of this event benefited the Sean Ranch Lough Foundation & in turn, sent several deserving kids to college - incredible.
We arrived at McGregor Square and we made our way into Jockey Club, the VIP area of the derby party. We were greeted with a champagne toast & numerous appetizers. Every ticket tier (GA & VIP) was all inclusive and covered admission, entertainment, food, and all-you-can-drink. Everyone was dressed to impress in their finest florals, hats, fascinators, & seer suckers.
In Jockey Club we had full access to the Infield & Plaza plus bonus levels, including the Jockey Club Terrace & Woodford Reserve Julep Lounge. There were several open bars, upgraded food and beverage choices (including espresso martinis), elevated facilities, & more.
McGregor Square broadcasted the race on their 66′ LED screen - everyone excitedly watched and cheered on their horses. We watched the race from one of the VIP cabanas and had a perfect view of the action.
