The Whole Enchilada

It was a seamless ordering process and we picked up our order at the Blanco, 9th & CO located in Cherry Creek. The food was packaged in foil tins so we were able to keep everything warm in the oven until everyone arrived for the party. Serving & eating utensils were provided.

Burrito Box

We ordered Short rib burritos (included 10 burritos, chips and salsa), Cheese enchiladas, Mexican Street Corn, Guacamole, Queso, Margarita Mix & Brown Sugar Caramel Flan.

The Short Rib Machaca Burritos were a huge hit. They were filled with juicy, marinated beef, caramelized peppers & onions, yellow cheese, ancho chile sauce & cilantro. They were hearty & savory.

The Traditional Cheese Enchiladas were made with grilled onion & ancho chile sauce. The enchiladas had a hint of warmth from the ancho chile sauce which had a smokey, mild flavor. They were covered and filled with melty cheese.

The Grilled Mexican Street corn was made with mayo, cilantro, lime, and cotija cheese. I am a sucker for street corn and Blanco's Mexican Street Corn is the best.

The corn was coated in a drool worthy mayo sauce and sprinkled with a beautiful blend of spices. The spices left nice lingering heat on the tongue. The sauce added a creamy element to the corn while the tangy lime brought a burst of acidity with every bite.

The Short Rib Machaca Burritos, Grilled Mexican Street Corn & Queso ended up being everyone’s favorites. We all loaded up our plates with Blanco goodness and gathered around the television to watch the game. Great food. Great company.
