STK Denver, Night Out

This restaurant has a $69/person ‘Night Out’ menu, Sunday to Thursday…

STK’s ‘Night Out’ menu is a phenomenal deal & a great spot for a sexy date night or fun gathering. For $69/person, you get to choose between a Bottle of Bubbles or Bonanza Cabernet along with 2 starters, 2 entrees, 2 sides, & 1 dessert. Run, don’t walk!

We arrived at STK and were seated at a booth in the main dining room. STK’s aesthetic was sleek with a side of scene; sultry blue uplighting, neons, & grand white florals created an alluring atmosphere that set the stage for an exciting evening. A live DJ kept the energy high while we dined.

Our server Sam had the best energy & recommendations - he made our dinner so fun. Managers Michelle & Justin were active on the restaurant floor making sure customers & staff had everything they needed for a successful dinner service.

We began our ‘Night Out’ with a Bottle of Bubbles - a bottle of La Marca prosecco. Cheers!

For our 2 starters we had the Lil Brgs & Baby Gem Caesar.

The Lil Brgs were made with wagyu beef & special sauce on a sesame seed bun. The Lil' BRGS stole the show; they were drool worthy. The buttery wagyu beef boasted a firm yet juicy texture with serious umami flavor. The special sauce on the burgers gave them a tangy kick that we couldn't get enough of.

For cocktails I had the Cucumber Stiletto made with Grey Goose Le Citron Vodka, St Germain, muddled cucumber & mint.

The Cucumber Stiletto was smooth, crisp & served in a martini glass with a floating cucumber garnish. Easy drinking (and I had several).

For our 2 entrees we had the 14oz NY Strip and the Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass.

The 14oz NY Strip was hand-cut to about 1 ½ inches thick and featured a robust beef flavor.

The Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass was served with sauteed bok choy, ginger, crispy shallots, and thai basil.

A delicate and balanced dish, the miso glaze infused the sea bass with lovely sweet & savory flavors.

For our 2 sides we had the Mac & Cheese and Asparagus.

For our 1 dessert we had the Apple Pie. The Apple Pie was made with cinnamon crumble, maple creme fraiche, and served in a skillet.

The Apple Pie was wonderful - nice and warm with that comforting taste of cinnamon & the holidays.

The end of dinner was kicked up a notch with sparklers & shots!

Big thanks to STK, One Seven Agency, Sam, Michelle, Justin, & Morgan Gibson for hosting us!

Check it out babes and let them know that denv.her. sent you. xx
