Call Me Pearl

This new cocktail lounge is serving up martinis & caviar bumps...

Call Me Pearl (located inside The Rally Hotel) is a gilded space that celebrates timeless beauty & modern libations. Their cocktail list is designed to delight, with a mix of reboots of enduring classics & playful familiarities.

The Cherished Memories was made with Diplomático rum, campari, pineapple, & lime.

This tropical cocktail was balanced & refreshing - the sweet pineapple juice offset the bitter campari (also loved the gorgeous glassware this drink was served in).

Pearl's Freezer Martini was made with house infused lemon vodka with a twist (you can add a caviar bump to any martini for $25).

The martini was a time-honored classic with an eye-catching lemon twist; it made a great pair to the passed canapes and added that touch of martini-based sophistication to the evening.

Sally's Rose Garden was made with Wheatley vodka, maraschino liqueur, egg white, raspberry, lemon, & rose water.

This cocktail was gorgeous - just look at that vibrant color - and it tasted as good as it looked. The egg white made it velvety on the tongue.

The Oysters on the Half Shell were a daily selection of east + west coast oysters, & champagne mignonette.

The Wagyu Sliders were made with black garlic aioli, house pickle, & humboldt fog goat cheese.

The sliders were mouthwatering - the wagyu patty was juicy and the decadent meat paired well with the savory tang of the goat cheese & aioli.

The Ahi Poke Wontons were made with wasabi, sambal mayo, & pineapple relish.

The ahi was smooth against the crunch of the wonton and the relish added a sweet acidity to the fish.

Big thanks to Call Me Pearl, GM Edward de Decker, Chef Stephen Greer, and for hosting us!

Check it out and let them know that denv.her. sent you! xx
