Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row, Brunch

Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row made its grand debut to Denver on New Year's Eve and they have been serving up a modern gastropub experience since. We visited Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row for brunch and had such a fun time.

We arrived at Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row and were seated in the main dining room downstairs in one of the booths. The aesthetic of Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row is contemporary American with a retro twist. There are numerous old speaker boxes serving as decoration, televisions throughout the establishment, live music, DJ setups & a rooftop with yard games.

Our server Renee was sweet & attentive. She gave us some great food & drink recommendations. General Manager Lex was high energy and it was apparent he was passionate about Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row and his team. Lex was moving out on the restaurant floor the entirety of our meal ensuring that every customer and teammate had what they needed.

Dierks aptly named their brunch menu the "Bad Ass Party Brunch" so you can expect fire throwback tunes from the DJ & a lively crowd. Brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 2pm.

We started off our brunch with some drinks. We went with Dierk's Lemonade and the Brunch So Hard. The Dierk's Lemonade is made with Jack Daniel's Tennessee whiskey, fresh muddled raspberries, lemon juice, simple syrup, lemonade and sparkling water.

The Dierk's Lemonade cocktail was super refreshing and the taste reminded us of a summer afternoon. The whiskey brought out a delicate smokiness in an otherwise sweet & tart, sparkling mixed drink. We all loved this cocktail and we will definitely order it again in the future.

The Brunch So Hard is a bottle of Campo Viejo Cava Brut Champagne, a carafe of orange juice, & assorted berries.

The Brunch So Hard certainly got our brunch buzzing & we enjoyed several mimosas topped with raspberries & blueberries! The Brunch So Hard set up had us grooving to all those throwback tunes in no time.

For Starters we had the Bavarian Pretzel which is served with honey Dijon & beer cheese.

The Bavarian pretzel was lightly crisped on the outside and had a beautiful golden color. The inside of the pretzel was warm and tenderly fluffy. There was a hint of salt in every bite. My favorite dipping side was the beer cheese

For Entrees we had Chicken & Waffles and DB's Avocado Toast. The Chicken & Waffles are buttermilk chicken tenders, white cheddar cornmeal waffles topped with honey jalapenos and a maple chili glaze.

Sweet, sticky, spicy, crunchy, tender! The Chicken and Waffles were a savory Southern comfort entrée that hit the spot. The cornmeal waffles were fluffy and stacked with fried chicken tenders & jalapenos. The honey jalapenos and maple chili glaze layered in a feisty spice that we really enjoyed.

DB's Avocado Toast is made with avocado smash, maple chili, pickled onion, corn, goat cheese, lemon vinaigrette and spring mix.

The avocado toast was a lighter and healthy entrée option on the menu. The sweet corn, goat cheese & maple chili really upped the flavor profile here.

Big thanks to Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row, Renee, Lex, Julia Coats and PRIM + CO for hosting us!
