El Five - An Edible Beats Joint - is open again Denverites and reservations fill up fast for this Highlands hot spot.

Mediterranean tapas and great views are the name of the game at El Five and they have the best paella you can find in Denver. The vibes here are funky NYC style as you go up an elevator to dine in a buzzy top floor penthouse with fab views of the city.

El Five is mainly known for their incredible paella dishes - which take about 40 minutes to make - so make sure you put in your paella order as soon as you are settled at your table!

Drinks anyone? As Sonja Morgan would say, “Rosé all day, rosé all day!!” But in this case, try El Five's Apricot frosé - the perfect summer treat to cool down on these hot colorado summer days!

Just don’t drink it too fast or those tooth and brain freezes come on quick lol.

Tapas De Gibraltar - three words frens: Goat Cheese Croquettes.

These decadently fried little goat cheese balls (#odetoStassi) are mouthwatering & one of my favorite things on El Five’s menu.

The Goat Cheese Croquettes come with Crispy Jamón, Frisée, Marconas, and are drizzled with Mastic Chili Honey. The croquettes are divinely creamy and accompanied by a light salad. 5 mini goat cheese croquettes come in one order so it’s a great dish for 1 or 2 (but they’re so delish it’s hard to share lol).

Paella - To Share, Celebrate & Devour - The Seafood Paella is made with Shrimp, Calamari, Mussels, Clams, Rockfish, Bomba Rice, Sofrito, Aioli, Saffron.

This paella is sinful folks and what El Five is known for in the Denver area. The seafood paella is loaded with fresh crustaceans, & has a dramatic & vibrantly colored presentation. I don’t know how they do it, but this paella tastes just as damn good as it looks!

Dessert Tapas - Cheesekcake Mousse - just as light and airy as it sounds!

The Cheesekcake Mousse is made with Goat Cheese, Pistachio Cream, Ginger Crumble, Sesame Tuile, and Berry Spoon Sauce. A great light dessert to share if you're looking for something sweet after your meal.
